Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the supply of signage products and services by Sign Architects to our customers. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotations are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if requirements change.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. For orders over £10,000, staged payments may be arranged. Late payments are subject to interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Design & Approval

Manufacturing will not commence until written design approval is received. Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges and affect delivery timescales.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to meet agreed timescales but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Warranty

All signs carry a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
