Role Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and confident Sales Executive to close signage sales leads using our internal sales system. The role requires daily customer communication, preparing quotations, coordinating mockups with the graphics team, closing deals, and securing deposits.

You will be expected to respond to customer messages promptly and keep enquiries moving without delay.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Barking workshop.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and close inbound signage leads daily
  • Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and messages
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients by phone, email, and video
  • Prepare accurate quotations using the internal sales system
  • Coordinate with the graphics team to produce and present mockups
  • Follow up quotations, close deals, and secure deposits

What we're looking for

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Highly responsive with strong follow-up discipline
  • Computer competent and comfortable using CRM and sales systems
  • Comfortable working on-site at our Barking workshop full time
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
