Westminster and the City of London each run their own advertisement-consent processes separately from Greater London. Camden, Kensington & Chelsea and large parts of Hammersmith & Fulham contain dense conservation-area coverage where internally-illuminated lightbox fascias are routinely refused. Hackney and Tower Hamlets have very different commercial signage cultures, despite sitting side by side. Vehicle-graphics fleets operating into the ULEZ face stricter material specifications than vehicles working out of zone 5.
