- Do wraps affect our Congestion Charge, ULEZ or Tower Hamlets resident parking?
- No to all three. Congestion Charge and ULEZ exemptions are tied to the vehicle's emissions class and V5C registration, not the livery. Resident or business permits cover the registered vehicle regardless of wrap. One caveat: wrapping a privately-registered vehicle in commercial livery can reclassify it for insurance purposes — your insurer should be informed before fitting.
